We will work with you from the ground up. If you already have an idea for the custom container we will consult with you, iron out any apparent issues and take it directly to production. If you don’t have an idea, we will discuss your needs, purpose and objective thoroughly and provide a concept that will satisfy your situation. So get your one of a kind cosmetics bottle, plastic cap closures, beauty jar, or lotion pump idea ready.
The next step is to take the idea or concept and workup a mechanical detailing all the features. Following this mechanical we then digitize the new product and render it out for a very close approximation of what the final piece will look like. This is where it really starts to come to life. Graphic 3D/ dieline presents by our design team and develop prototype for your final evaluation.
Then, we take all the information from the mechanical and rendering to manufacturing. This is where your dream container becomes a reality.
The last step is the option of letting us design, print and apply a custom label/ display box to announce and complement your new addition to the marketplace. We have professional designers on staff who can make you both label and display box as unique as the new product itself.
Silk-Screen& Hot-Stamp Printing
We can custom print your cosmetics containers before it leaves our factory. You provide us with your camera ready art or electronic art and we will produce a printed jar for your business ready to fill. Available for orders in small quantities of 10,000 pieces (per item).
Labeling Services
We can label your cosmetics containers order with pressure sensitive labels as front back or wrap labels. We also can label your plastic cap closure to have message space on the top of your product as well.
Lasering Services
We can laser the logo of your products. You provide us with electronic art file. Available for orders of 2,000 and up.

With the help of 3D machine “JGAOURORA A8S ”in BetterCHOIS, we have better prototyping experience in creating new products. In the past, a customer’s design requests would require tooling in order to produce the prototypes – an inherently risky process since any modifications would require several weeks (and considerable cost) before they could be placed in front of the customer.
Now we can receive a new packaging design in a matter of hours and place a highly accurate and realistic prototype in the hands of the customer virtually the same day.
